Our Client's Challenge:
Scotiabank needed to insource QA services and PEGA development from Tech Mahindra into newly constructed Innovation Centre campus in Bogota Colombia.
The Solution We Provided:
We led real estate, network, telephony, IVR, desktop and security teams to construct Innovation Centre facility from the ground up to house 200 resources that were a mix of QA, PEGA development and scrum masters. Work with the Colombia HR team to ensure resources were hired and onboarded based on monthly hiring plan to make up 200 resources.
The Results It Achieved:
The project was delivered on time and on budget. It saved the bank millions based on labor arbitrage of using Colombian resources versus onshore Tech Mahindra resources. It allowed the scaling down of Tech Mahindra utilization and annual ongoing steady support costs.
