Our Client's Challenge:

Scotiabank built $100 Million dollar business case for Dominican Republic Scotiabank facility construction and implementation. Provided strategic thought leadership on stabilizing case management platform (hardware and software) to ensure application performed at Tier 1 expectations. Provided Lessons learned for different Programs to determine areas of improvement for future program execution.

The Solution We Provided:

Worked with multiple teams Real Estate, Network, Telephony, Infrastructure to build business case for Scotiabank DR facility. Worked with PEGA Centre of Excellence, PEGA, Network, Security, Infrastructure, Tech Mahindra, and development teams to stabilize case management application. Worked with VP HR employee experience technology to conduct audit on major Program execution and identify lessons learned and areas for improvement for future program execution.

The Results It Achieved:

The project was delivered on time and on budget. It saved the bank millions based on labor arbitrage of using Colombian resources versus onshore Canadian resources. It allowed the bank to achieve cost efficiencies and better resource utilization with a scaled down workforce.
