Our Client's Challenge:
Scotiabank and CIBC both required the setup of Project Management Office to allow a large portfolio of projects to be executed and achieve strategic objectives for the bank.
The Solution We Provided:
Structured the PMO to execute projects in both SDLC/Waterfall/Agile/Kanban project delivery model. This allowed both employees and contingent workers a project delivery framework to execute projects in structured and seamless fashion.
The Results It Achieved:
This allowed the bank to execute $200 M strategic initiatives over the course of 3 years on time and on budget. This allowed the bank to achieve cost efficiencies, transform the bank for our customers and strategically position the bank for the future i.e. more competitive.
